Itsy Bitsy Bunny's personalized party hats are completely machine sewn (NOT glued together!) and fully lined. We use absolutely NO cardboard or flammable spray adhesives.  The soft yet sturdy construction is more comfortable than traditional cardboard hats and will last for many years to come!  All hats come with heat sealed ribbon chin ties AND an elastic chin strap that are securely sewn into the hat to ensure that the hat stays in place for those once in a lifetime pictures.  Hats fit children of all ages and measures approx. 7" high by 4.5" across at the base WITHOUT embellishments (this is a standard party hat size, but it can be made to your specifications).

We have so many cute designs that it can be difficult to choose just one for your party!  Have you found the perfect hat design, but you would prefer a different applique (number, initial or cupcakes are available)?  Or maybe you have seen a hat topper or an embellishment on that you love on a different design?  Please feel free to mix and match the hat details to make your perfect hat.  Leave all details in the "other comments" section.

We are out of our apple green pompoms for the bottom of our hats (as seen on our Gavin Style hat).  We can replace them with any other color of pompom that you see on our site.  Please specify your preference in the other comments section when checking out or we will use what we feels coordinates best with your order.
