Q:  HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

A:  EVERY order ships priority USPS mail for $5 in the continental United States (rush order fees may apply).  All orders are shipped in boxes.  ALL ORDERS OVER $100 SHIP FOR FREE!!!

 

Q:  WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A:  ALL orders will ship in two weeks unless you need them sooner (please see rush order details in the next question). All orders are boxed and mailed priority shipping with the USPS. They should arrive two to four days after they ship. Please let us know if you need for your order to ship sooner by contacting us directly at sales@itsybitsybunny.com prior to ordering.

 

Q:  DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?

A:  Yes, we do accept rush orders.  A rush order is any order that needs to be in your hands before 18 days.  At the current time, we DO NOT charge extra for rush orders.  Please contact us at sales@itsybitsybunny.com prior to purchasing items to ensure that we can get your order to you in time!

 

Q: HOW MANY LETTERS CAN YOU FIT ON YOUR PERSONALIZED PARTY HATS?
A: Although it depends on the font, we can generally fit 9-10 letters on a hat. We ensure that the letters are sized so that you can view the entire name/phrase from the front of the hat!

 

Q:  DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

A:  Yes, we do ship orders internationally.  Please contact us with the items you are interested in and the country you would like us to ship your order to and we will provide you with the postal fees.  Please note that the usps is not always as accurate as the dates they quote and we can not be responsible for items that do not arrive on time due to usps delays. 

Q: CAN YOU SHOW ME HOW MY CHILD'S NAME WILL LOOK IN A CERTAIN FONT?
A: Contact us at itsybitsybunny@cox.net or convo us and we will send you a preview of exactly how your child's name or initials will look in a certain font prior to you purchasing. That way there are no surprises!

Q: I LIKE THE EMME HAT, BUT WAS WONDERING IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO PUT A FUR BOA ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM INSTEAD OF THE FEATHERS?
A: We want for your hat to be perfect for YOU! We can make any adjustment that you need to the hats pictured in our store. Contact us for a list of the many different fonts and embellishment options that we offer.

Q: I WOULD LIKE MY CHILD'S FIRST AND MIDDLE NAME ON THEIR PERSONALIZED PARTY HAT AND BIB EVEN THOUGH THE PICTURED HAT JUST HAS A FIRST NAME. IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR ALL OF MY EMBROIDERY?
A: All appliques and embroidery are included in the price of the item! There are no extra fees for any embellishment or embroidery at Itsy Bitsy Bunny--unheard of for personalized items!
